Pricing

All prices are based on double occupancy. If you are traveling solo, roommate matching will be available.

If you would like a single room on any of our epic getaways, please add the one time payment of $500 to the total trip cost. Please make this payment after making the registration deposit.

Registration Deposit: $250 (Paid at Registration)

-Full Payment: $1950 (If paying in full, only $1700 will be due after $250 Registration Deposit is Paid)

*Spaces are limited and will sell out. Please note that you are not registered until the registration deposit is paid to hold your spot.

Payment Information

• When are deposits due?

  • All registration deposits are due on the day you register. The remaining payments will be due based on the schedule provided unless you would like to pay in full. If you book late and miss a scheduled payment, we will provide an adjusted payment schedule in order for you to keep up and make all payments before the last payment is due.

• Do you offer a payment plan? 

  • Yes, we offer payment plans on all of our packages.

• How does the payment plan work?

  • A deposit of $250 is made upon registration which will go towards the total trip cost. The remaining payments are due on a monthly basis unless you would like to pay in full. See payments and services for more details.

Important Information

As stated above, flights are not included in the package. All villas are based on double occupancy which could include a shared king bed. If you need any assistance with booking your flight please contact us at milesofmelanin@gmail.com.

All payments made to Miles of Melanin are non-refundable and non-transferrable. To protect your travel investment, you must purchase optional travel protection at your own expense.

All reservations must me made with your government name and must match your ID. Any person that fails to pay their scheduled payment will be charged a first time late fee. If for any reason you miss a second scheduled payment, your spot will be removed.

Cancellations 

• What if I have to cancel last minute? Do you offer refunds? 

  • All payments are non-refundable under all circumstances. Please we do not offer refunds if you have to cancel last minute 

• Why isn't my deposit refundable? 

  • We prepay all vendors prior to the experience, therefore we cannot offer a refund. Please consider purchasing travel insurance.

• Are flights included in this travel package?

  • Flights are not included with package, check out https://www.airfordable.com/ for affordable flights with payment plan options. 

• What is the name and airport code of the airport we will fly into? 

  • You will fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar), Airport code: DPS

• Do I need a visa as a US citizen to enter Indonesia? 

  • You do not need a visa to enter Indonesia as a US citizen. For all other nationalities please check the US Department of State website. 

• Is this trip only for people of color? 

  • Every nationality is welcome to join our experience 

• Is this trip only offered to women?

  • We are catering this trip to women only. Please stay tuned for co-ed experiences in the future.  

• Should I purchase travel insurance? 

  • Yes, this will help you obtain a reimbursement if there is a global emergency, illness, last minute cancellation or trip interruption.

Passports and Visas

Please note our international travel to Bali requires a passport. You must obtain a valid passport and necessary visas prior to this experience. If you are refused entry into any country for failing to meet the entry and exit requirements, Miles of Melanin LLC and Black Girl Travel Slay will not be liable. For more information on passports and visa requirements, please visit U.S State Department website at www.travel.state.gov. 

Accomodations

Miles of Melanin LLC and Black Girl Travel Slay will utilize villas in Bali to accommodate our guests. By booking this trip, you acknowledge that the accommodations are double occupancy which will include a shared King bed. 

Wifi

Wi-Fi connection may be delayed or unavailable during this experience. Miles of Melanin LLC and Black Girl Travel Slay had no obligation to provide travelers with Wi-Fi connectivity during this experience.   

Photographs and Marketing

By booking with Miles of Melanin LLC and Black Girl Travel Slay, you agree to grant us permission to use photos taken of you during our experience by the professional photographer we hire. Which will be used for marketing purposes on our website and social media platforms without compensation to our guests. 

Safety and Travel Insurance

Miles of Melanin LLC and Black Girl Travel Slay shall not be responsible for any risks or dangers that may arise by booking our experience to Bali. By booking this experience, you understand not to hold Miles of Melanin LLC and Black Girl Travel Slay liable for any harm suffered during your experience. By booking this trip you also acknowledge that you are responsible for obtaining your own travel insurance and medical insurance. 

Refund Policy

Please note that in the event of any change or cancellation, all payments and deposits made to Miles of Melanin LLC and Black Girl Travel Slay are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation upon two missed payments. 

Miscellaneous

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Itineraries are subject to change at any time.
